Brice Neilson
Founder & Principal Consultant
Brice brings over two decades of experience spanning law enforcement, government advisory, defence contracting, financial services, and technology. His career has been defined by a single through-line: helping organisations navigate the intersection of ambition and accountability.
From policing environments where governance is non-negotiable, through to high-growth technology companies where speed is everything, Brice has consistently operated at the boundary between innovation and assurance — building the frameworks that allow organisations to do both.
He founded BNNOVATE on the conviction that these two forces are not in tension. When governance is designed well, it becomes the platform for decisive action — not the barrier to it.
